The first floor features the entrance, the staircase, and the restroom. The living room (with doors leading to the patio and the garden), the dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a large storage room are also located on the first floor. On the first floor, there is a second restroom, two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with two bunk beds, a daybed, and a TV. (This is great for the kids.) The first floor also features a separate shower and a bathroom with a double sink and shower.
We are renting out this cozy and wonderful detached villa in the mountain village of Annaberg-Lungötz in Austria. This beautiful new house is located on the slopes of the attractive, magnificent family-friendly Dachstein-West ski area. Both in summer and winter, this is an excellent area for rest and relaxation.
We rent one apartment for 6–8 people, one for 8–10 people, and one (wheelchair-accessible) apartment for 12–14 people.
The chalet was completed in early 2009 and is one of the larger ones on the slopes. The house is modern and offers plenty of space for everyone.
The house is fully equipped for winter sports enthusiasts; however, for summer vacationers as well, each apartment features French doors leading to its own terrace. An added luxury is the underground parking garage beneath the house, which provides 2 or 3 parking spaces per apartment. This means your cars will be snow-free and parked right nearby. Electric cars are not permitted in the garage!
On-site fees: Our chalet is a smoke-free property. Pets are allowed only in the Dachstein apartment. 1 pet: 15.00 euros per night, with a minimum charge of 50.00 euros per stay. Security deposit: The security deposit is paid upon arrival at the apartment: Bergblick and Dachstein apartments—450.00 EUR in winter and 350.00 EUR in summer; Annaberg apartment—500.00 EUR in winter and 400.00 EUR in summer. Bed linens: If you rent for less than a week, bed linens cost 15 euros per person (required).
Check-in is from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
