Upon entering, a large hall leads to the living rooms:<br>- A large living and dining room, opening onto the south-facing terrace with sea views,<br>- An alcove with an office area and a sofa for reading and/or contemplating the sea. In the evening, this sofa can be transformed into a double bed, the sliding partition can be closed and this space becomes a very comfortable bedroom.<br>- A beautiful terrace with dining area and convivial outdoor lounges to enjoy the breathtaking view from sunrise to sunset,<br>- A superb warm, elegant and functional kitchen with a laundry area at the back,<br>- A first bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a double bed + a single bed, both with a view of the green spaces,<br>- A bathroom with shower and toilet,<br>- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.<br>Closets are available for you to store your clothes. <br><br>Linen is provided to our guests (sheets, towels, shower mats and kitchen towels) but not beach and/or pool towels.<br><br>You can access the residence's swimming pool and the tennis courts free of charge (by reservation, with your own equipment), the garden with petanque court and the children's wading pool. <br>The apartment has a private parking space.
