Inside, the suite is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished:
✔️ Living Area: Two comfortable sofas, a smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a dining table for four. A heat pump keeps the space warm in winter and cool in summer.
✔️ Den: A second living space between the bedrooms with a sectional that pulls out into a double bed, plus its own smart TV.
✔️ Kitchen: Fully equipped with a full-size fridge and freezer, oven, stovetop and microwave, plus a Nespresso machine with a milk frother, a drip coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
✔️ Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, fresh linens, and Newfoundland artwork. One bedroom also has a desk for working remotely.
✔️ Bathrooms: A full bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, handheld shower head, and grab bars, plus a half bathroom.

Accessibility: The suite is all on one level with a ground-level entrance, a walk-in shower with a handheld shower head, and grab bars in the shower and beside the toilet. It is not fully wheelchair accessible. The space between the parking area and the entrance can be tight when a vehicle is parked beside the house, so if you use a wheelchair or mobility aid, please message us before booking and we`ll help you decide if the suite is right for you.
Good to know: Bayview Suite is the lower unit of a two-unit home. The upstairs apartment is a separate long-term rental with its own entrance, and someone lives there full time. There is no shared indoor space, but sound does carry between the units, so you can expect to hear footsteps, voices, and everyday noise from upstairs. If you are a light sleeper, please keep this in mind when booking.

Winter parking: From December 1 to April 30, Conception Bay South does not allow overnight street parking from midnight to 10 AM, or during a snowstorm and for 24 hours after. Vehicles can be ticketed or towed, so please use the driveway spot overnight during those months.

To help ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a fully refundable damage-deposit hold of $250 may be placed on your card shortly after arrival. This is only a pre-authorization (not a charge), and it`s automatically released within 5 business days of checkout, as long as everything is left in good shape, which is almost always the case. In the rare situation where something is damaged, only the actual cost of the damage would be deducted from the hold, and nothing more.
For cancellations, please be aware that once a cancellation request has been made, a 4% processing fee incurred during the booking of your stay will be deducted from the refund issued.
